Report a technical problem

If RadiantSnaps AI LinkedIn headshot generator encounters a system failure or produces major artifacts or structural errors, email support@radiantsnaps.com with your order details, a description of the problem, and relevant screenshots.

Support reviews requests within 48 hours. Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Keep the information needed for support

Approved refunds
