This policy explains how RadiantSnaps handles personal data when you use our website, AI dating photos, professional headshots and passport photo tools.

2. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, we process:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address and account identifier.
• Photos you provide, generated images, your instructions and choices such as clothing, background and hairstyle.
• Order, payment-status and credit records needed to manage purchases and access.
• Technical and usage information needed to run, secure and understand use of the website, including cookies or similar technologies where used.

3. Photos and storage

For AI generation, your reference photos and instructions are sent to image-generation providers to produce the requested results. Uploaded photos are deleted immediately after processing. Generated photos are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted. Download the images you want to keep before that period ends.

4. Service providers

We use providers for AI processing, hosting, storage, payments and website operation. Data needed for those tasks may be processed by these providers. Online payments are processed by Stripe. Providers may process data outside your country; applicable data-protection requirements still apply.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to or restrict processing. Data portability and withdrawal of consent may also apply. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
