At RadiantSnaps, we strive aggressively to deliver the highest quality AI-generated portraits. However, due to the heavy, immediate computational costs associated with AI image generation, all sales are strictly final.
Eligibility for Support
If you experience significant technical failures—such as major AI artifacts, structural disfigurements, or complete system failure—please contact our support team immediately and we will relentlessly work with you to resolve it.
How to Get Help
- Email us at support@radiantsnaps.com with your order details.
- Include raw screenshots of the problematic outputs.
- Our team will thoroughly review the case within 48 hours.
Image Retention
Please note the following strictly binding rules about your generated images:
- Uploaded selfies are NEVER saved—they are processed in-memory only.
- Generated photos are stored exclusively for 30 days and then automatically scrubbed.
- Please ensure you download your photos securely before the 30-day period expires.

Refund Processing
Since all financial transactions are legally handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, any approved refunds will be processed directly through Paddle's payment gateway. The funds will be returned strictly to your original payment method in accordance with Paddle's processing timelines.
