By accessing and using RadiantSnaps, you accept and strictly agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

RadiantSnaps provides an advanced AI-powered image generation service that transforms user-uploaded selfies into high-quality professional portraits. We do not legally guarantee specific dating outcomes or match rates.

3. User Uploads and Content Generation

You strictly agree to only upload photos of yourself or photos you have the explicit legal right to use. You may absolutely not upload explicit, illegal, or non-consensual content. Furthermore, the generation of Not Safe For Work (NSFW), sexually explicit, or pornographic content is fiercely prohibited. We reserve the full right to terminate accounts that violate this policy entirely without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

We make absolutely zero claim of ownership over the original photos you upload. You are instantly granted full commercial and personal usage rights to the AI-generated outputs produced by our service upon full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event whatsoever shall RadiantSnaps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.

6. Payments and Order Processing

Online payments are securely processed by Stripe. By purchasing RadiantSnaps credits, you authorize Stripe to process the payment method you provide and agree to the applicable Stripe payment terms.
