1. Using the service

By using RadiantSnaps, you agree to these terms. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information.

2. Our services

RadiantSnaps offers AI dating photos and professional headshots based on photos you provide, along with passport photo preparation tools. Available features are those enabled on the website. We do not guarantee matches, job offers or acceptance of a photo by any platform or authority.

3. Photos and acceptable use

Upload only your own photos or images you have permission to use, including permission from the people pictured. Do not create illegal, sexually explicit or non-consensual content, impersonate someone, or falsify identity documents. Review AI results before use. For passport photos, follow the issuing authority’s rules; do not submit AI-generated or altered portraits where prohibited. We may suspend accounts for misuse.

4. Rights to images

You retain your rights to the photos you upload. You permit us and the providers needed to operate the service to process them for your requests. Upon full payment, we grant personal and commercial use of generated outputs to the extent we can grant those rights. This does not guarantee copyright protection or remove third-party rights.

5. Results and responsibility

AI results can vary and contain errors. You are responsible for checking the images and the requirements of their intended use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Before purchasing, review the price, included credits and any recurring subscription terms shown at checkout. The Refund Policy explains how to request help with an order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
