RadiantSnaps ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website.

• Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
• Contact Data: includes email address.
• Image Data: includes the selfies and photos you upload for processing.
• Transaction Data: includes details about payments to and from you.

3. How We Handle Your Images (Strict Privacy)

Your trust is our priority. We do not use your source images to train our AI models. Your uploaded selfies are NOT saved — they are used in-memory during the generation process and immediately discarded once the output is produced. Generated photos are stored securely on our servers for 30 days to allow you to download them, after which they are permanently and automatically deleted. You retain full copyright and ownership of the generated outputs.

4. Disclosures of Your Personal Data

We may share your personal data with third parties such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud, Cloudflare) strictly for the purpose of operating our service. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent.
