RadiantSnaps provides an AI-powered image generation service that transforms user-uploaded selfies into high-quality professional portraits. We do not guarantee specific match rates or dating outcomes.

3. User Uploads and Behavior

You agree to only upload photos of yourself or photos you have the explicit legal right to use. You may not upload explicit, illegal, or non-consensual content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

We do not claim ownership of the original photos you upload. You are granted full commercial and personal usage rights to the AI-generated outputs produced by our service upon full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RadiantSnaps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.
