Passport Photo Maker Privacy Policy

While you prepare the photo

• Cropping, resizing, background checks and the compliance preview all run in your browser, on your device.
• Your original selfie is not uploaded while you prepare, review or check the photo.
• We do not run advertising pixels or session-replay scripts on the maker page; we collect anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics) about page visits, which never includes your images.

When you place an order

A photo is transmitted to us only when you buy the prepared result. At that point we store the finished passport photo together with your order record so we can deliver it: the photo, the selected document type, your delivery email (if you provided one) and the payment reference.

Payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
• We receive a payment confirmation and the email address associated with the payment.

Delivery and retention

• After payment, the prepared photo is sent as an email attachment to your delivery email (or the payment email if none was given).
• We keep the order record and the photo for as long as needed to deliver the order and handle support or refund requests.
• You can ask us to delete the stored photo at any time: email support@radiantsnaps.com with your order details and we will remove it.

Your choices

You decide when and whether to order. If you only want to check your photo against a country's requirements, you can do so without paying and without uploading anything.
