Passport Photo Maker Terms of Service

What the service is

RadiantSnaps passport photo maker prepares a digital passport photo to the size, positioning and background specification of the document you select. RadiantSnaps is not a government agency, is not affiliated with any issuing authority, and does not submit applications on your behalf.

No guarantee of acceptance

We check your photo against the published requirements for your selected document, but automated checks cannot replace the issuing authority's review. Final acceptance of any photo rests solely with the authority handling your application.

Orders, pricing and delivery

• The service is a one-time purchase of US$19 per prepared photo, paid through Stripe.
• After payment, the prepared photo is delivered to the email address you provide (or the payment email address) as a digital file, with optional cut lines for printing.
• You are responsible for the email address you give us; we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address or a blocked mailbox.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use, and only for a genuine application.
• Do not use the service to create fraudulent, misleading or altered identity documents.

Ownership and licence

Your photo remains yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store and deliver it for your order — nothing more.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RadiantSnaps is not liable for application rejections, lost opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use of the prepared photo. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after that update.
